Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce can use tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil optional

Noodle Ingredients

  • 8 ounces noodles using your choice of noodles
  • 2 cups mixed veggies such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots
