  • 1 pound large peeled and deveined shrimp

Sauce

  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 juice of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Garnish

  • chopped green onions

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Add to a sealable container with shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • In a skillet, add unsalted butter and shrimp (save the marinade). Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook shrimp on medium-high heat until pink, about 2 minutes each side.
  • Remove shrimp and add reserved marinade to the skillet. Cook over medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes until thickened. Add shrimp back and stir to coat.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
