Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose baking mix or biscuit mix like Bisquick
  • 1 pound ground pork breakfast sausage hot
  • 2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoon all purpose creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together until evenly incorporated. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from baking sheet and serve warm with dipping sauces.
