spring lettuce mix (with spinach)

cored and thinly chopped

pecans
toasted and chopped

feta cheese
crumbled

Maple-Cider Vinaigrette

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Make Dressing
Mix all vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Alternatively, add to a mason jar, cover with the lid, and shake to blend well.
Assemble Salad
In a large salad bowl, layer together the lettuce blend, apples, pecans, feta, cranberries, bacon, and red onion.
Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to evenly coat.
Serve immediately after adding dressing.
